Meet The Founder/Executive Director

Hello, I’m Ryan Lee, the founder of Way To Play. Growing up, sports played a pivotal role in my life, bringing me closer to my friends and teaching me invaluable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and leadership. I firmly believe that every person has the right to experience the joys and benefits of sports, regardless of their financial situation. Unfortunately, many young athletes miss out on these opportunities due to a lack of resources and support.

This realization inspired me to create Way To Play. My goal is to ensure that no student-athlete is deprived of the chance to play, learn, and grow through sports. By organizing donation drives for sports equipment, hosting skills clinics, and planning unified sports events, I aim to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where all young athletes can thrive. This organization is not just a way for me to share my love for sports, but also a means to give back to the community that has given me so much. My objective with Way To Play is to provide the upcoming generation of athletes with chances and lifelong memories.
